No, our services are without a contract, they are month to month.
You can have pre-authorized payments from a bank account or from a credit card.
Also, you can do online payment from our website. You can pay securely online using your credit or debit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac accepted. To do so, please click here.
Our services are pre-paid, pre-authorized. The billing cycle is the 1st of the month. So you will be charged on the 1st of each month. For the 1st payment, regardless of the day of the month, you will pay for the 1st full month of service, for any activation fee (if applicable) and for the modem (if applicable). At the beginning of the next month the 1st invoice will be pro-rated to reflect the exact numbers of days you had the service on the previous month and we are going to charge you for the next full month. From now on you are going to be charged full months, on each 1st of the month.
Yes, for Basic DSL and Standard FTTN plans you can use any unlocked ADSL2+ modem. For cable, the modem has to be on the list of approved modems.
You can also rent of buy a modem from us.
For Advanced and Pro FTTN you need a special VDSL modem (SmartRG SR505N) that you can only rent from us.

We offer Cable High Speed Internet in Ontario in both Co and Ro territories, DSL High Speed in Ontario and Quebec and dial-up Canada wide. We also offer VoIP phone services
Regular activation delay for the DSL is 5 business days once you paid for the 1st month of service and, if applicable, for the activation and modem. For cable the activation delay is between 5 and 10 business days.
Yes, for DSL only, for both residential and business customers. There is a monthly fee of $5 for the static IP.
Additional usage is 50 cents per GB on non-unlimited usage plans, up to a maximum of $50
BUT (there is always a "but", but this time it works in your favor) all our plans have UNLIMITED usage from 2 am to 8 am! And only the downloads count against your monthly usage limit!
Not really, but we are offering a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not happy with our service for any reason.
Yes, our FTTN plans does not incur any "dry-loop" charges. Free dry loop install and free monthly dry loop on all current FTTN plans. Dry-loop is no longer offered on the 6M Basic DSL package.
